Sierra is a 2003 model sorrel mare by The Unbeatable Star and Beaus Edition. I have owned Sierra for over 10 years, she has produced 4 foals for me and is a fantastic momma. Her babies are consistently big boned with wonderful willing personalities. Before being a broodmare Sierra was my competitive endurance horse, she sustained a suspensory injury during one of our competitions and is light riding sound only at this time, so she enjoys life in the pasture being a momma! She is the only mare that we have that does not qualify for NFQHA papers, she is 79% foundation. Crossed on our studs her babies do qualify for NFQHA papers. She stands 15 hands tall and weighs right at 1300 pounds. She is quiet, willing, and I would recommend her babies for anyone wanting a competitive horse that will go all day long without a fuss.
